How soon should I book my airfare to the retreat?
We kindly request that you book your airfare as soon as possible. As a reminder, airfare booked within 21 days of the event or on an airline not offering the lowest non-refundable rate will need to be approved in advance by Kyle Day.
What day should I plan to arrive?
All meetings planned at the retreat have been scheduled to accommodate travel to Arizona on Friday. Requests to travel and stay at the hotel prior to Friday are reviewed on an individual basis, and subject to approval. If you have questions, or extenuating circumstances of which we should be aware, please contact Michael Ponzio or Corey Rubino.
Will the firm cover the cost of airfare for more than one guest?
No, the firm will only cover the cost of airfare for your spouse or significant other.
What is the dress code?
The attire for Friday and Saturday general sessions, receptions, and dinners is relaxed business casual.
What is the weather like in Phoenix during the retreat?
Be prepared for an abundance of daytime sunshine, clear evenings, very low humidity, and little to no precipitation. Average High/Low: 85°F / 60°F.
Is childcare available?
We are happy to offer childcare services on Friday and Saturday nights for children up to 10 years of age, including infants. You will have an opportunity to register for childcare services during the online registration process. Dinner will be provided on Friday and Saturday nights to kids signed up for childcare.
Do I need to tip the bellman and hotel staff?
No, the firm covers gratuities to bellman and hotel staff.
Will I be reimbursed for an Uber/Lyft ride from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess?
Yes, the firm will reimburse reasonable transportation using taxi, Uber, Lyft or other rideshare services for you and your spouse/significant other.
