The firm will pay the cost of your room (including room tax), bellman/housekeeping gratuities, and internet access for Friday and Saturday nights for attorneys. Additional tipping is not necessary and will not be reimbursed by the firm.
All meetings planned at the retreat have been scheduled to accommodate travel to Arizona on Friday. Requests to travel and stay at the hotel prior to Friday are reviewed on an individual basis, and subject to approval. If you have questions, or extenuating circumstances of which we should be aware, please contact Michael Ponzio or Corey Rubino.
A limited number of rooms are available for those wishing to stay onsite. Room requests for Phoenix-based attorneys are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.
Reservations received after February 28, 2025 will be accepted on a space-available basis only. You do not need to contact the hotel directly to book your room.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Attorneys and guests who will be staying at the resort may check with the reservation desk earlier to see if their room is ready. If the room is not ready, you have the option of leaving your bags with a bellman to be delivered to your room when it becomes available.
Incidentals are not covered by the firm. You will be asked for a credit card at the time of check-in to cover all other expenses, including room service, mini bars, telephone calls, etc.
The firm will cover self-parking at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Valet parking will not be reimbursed.
