The registration desk opens at 8:00 a.m. on Friday and will be located in the foyer of the Arizona Ballroom. Additional days and hours for the registration desk will be posted onsite and on the retreat app. Please be sure to stop by to pick up your name badge and other event materials.

S&W Attorney Hub
The S&W Attorney Hub will be available on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visit various administrative support stations to learn about new technology developments and other resources available to support you at the firm.
Attire
For meetings, we suggest bringing a sweater or light jacket, as meeting room temperatures can vary. Many meals will take place outdoors, so please wear comfortable shoes and consider bringing warmer outerwear in case temperatures drop in the evening. Attire for the Friday and Saturday general sessions, receptions, and dinners is relaxed business casual.
Childcare in the Evening
Evening cocktail receptions and dinners are adults-only events. Childcare services will be available on Friday and Saturday evenings, and this year we have added Thursday evening for attorneys who need to arrive early for the Practice Group Conference. Childcare is available for children up to age 10, including infants. You will be able to register for childcare during the online registration process.
Meals
Meals listed on the agenda are provided and covered by the firm. Any food or beverage expenses for meals not included on the agenda—whether incurred while traveling or at the resort—are the responsibility of the individual and cannot be reimbursed by the firm unless prior approval has been obtained.
